01Overview

Elite performance needs more than a static workout plan.

Apex Club reads each athlete's recovery data every morning, including HRV, sleep and readiness, and adjusts the day's training volume, intensity and RPE targets to match.

It pairs that intelligent programming with live performance benchmarking, so athletes can train, track and compete against their peers in one private space. The aim: a product that feels less like a tracker and more like an invite-only performance lab.

01

Reads recovery

HRV, sleep and readiness come in each morning and set the tone for the day.

02

Adapts the session

Volume, intensity and RPE targets shift with the athlete's current state.

03

Benchmarks the field

Live performance comparisons against peers, inside a private environment.

02The challenge

Most fitness apps are built for accessibility. Apex Club was built for ambition.

The experience had to carry the exclusivity and intensity of elite performance, yet stay fast and intuitive in the middle of a real training session.

Every interaction balanced two opposing needs, and the product had to feel powerful before the first workout even began.

03Product concept

Not a record of what happened. A call on what should happen next.

The platform continuously interprets recovery signals and turns them into clear training recommendations, adjusting volume, intensity and effort targets to the athlete's state that day.

The result is a training experience that feels personal, intelligent and alive, rather than a log of workouts already done.

04Visual identity

Built from elite sport, performance labs and precision engineering.

A dark foundation sets a cinematic tone, drawing on premium automotive interfaces and high-end technical equipment.

Sharp typography, controlled contrast and precise data visualisation do the rest, reinforcing the sense of exclusivity.

05Outcome

From fitness tracker to personal performance system.

Adaptive programming, recovery intelligence, real-time data and competitive benchmarking come together in one product built for serious athletes.

The interface balances cinematic design with practical training functionality: less a fitness app, more the digital infrastructure behind an elite training environment.
